§ 2135. Extension of Time.
The Executive Officer may extend any deadline in the plan if he or she finds in writing that a manufacturer has shown good cause for such extension.

Accordingly, the Air Resources Board will not seek to enforce the off-highway recreational vehicle regulations until such time as it receives authorization from the U.S. EPA.
