Any ballot on demand system to be used for the batch printing of ballots shall contain a ballot audit system. The ballot audit system shall have a mechanism to perform a verification check of content, including precinct, ballot style and ballot type on the ballot card against content being submitted through the ballot on demand and/or election management system to validate that the correct ballot card was printed as submitted by the ballot on demand system.
