§ 20267. Change in Ballot on Demand System Certification.
Currentness
No change in the equipment or procedures used by the ballot on demand system to place tint, watermark, or ballot images on ballot cards or to the ballot audit system provided for in section 20277, as applicable, shall be made without the prior express written certification of the Secretary of State. Applications for such certification shall be in writing and shall show substantially the same information as the initial application for certification of the ballot on demand system.
