§ 20211. Format.
Currentness
Format means the pattern of voting locations of unfinished ballot cards or ballot cards (e.g. three column left oval, two column right arrows, etc.) and includes the number of punch positions (e.g. 26, 52, 312, etc.) for hole style punch cards, including those that are marked instead of punched.
