1. Change without regulatory effect adding new subarticle 3 (section 11151) and renumbering former title 22, section 98020 to title 2, section 11151 (including amendment of Note), pursuant to Government Code section 11135, subdivision (a), as amended by Statutes 2016, chapter 870 (SB 1442) filed 1-11-2017 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2017, No. 2).
2. Change without regulatory effect amending subsection (b) and Note filed 3-20-2023 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2023, No. 12).
3. Repealer of subarticle 3 heading and repealer of section filed 3-19-2024; operative 7-1-2024 (Register 2024, No. 12).
