§ 10.161.5. Representative Office.
Currentness
“Representative office,” when used with respect to a foreign bank, has the meaning set forth in Financial Code Section 1750(n). In addition, “representative office” includes any foreign (other state) office of a foreign bank which is substantially equivalent to a representative office, as defined in Financial Code Section 1750(n).

1. New section filed 10-15-81 as an emergency; effective upon filing (Register 81, No. 44). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL within 120 days or emergency language will be repealed on 2-12-82.
