§ 10.143. Nondepositary Agency.
“Nondepositary agency,” when used with respect to a foreign (other nation) bank, has the meaning set forth in Financial Code Section 1750(k). In addition, “nondepositary agency” includes any foreign (other state) office of a foreign (other nation) bank which is substantially equivalent to a nondepositary agency, as defined in Financial Code Section 1750(k). “Nondepositary agency” does not include any federal agency of a foreign (other nation) bank.
