§ 10.126. Depositary Agency.
“Depositary agency,” when used with respect to a foreign (other nation) bank, has the meaning set forth in Financial Code Section 1750(e). In addition, “depositary agency” includes any foreign (other state) office of a foreign (other nation) bank which is substantially equivalent to a depositary agency, as defined in Financial Code Section 1750(e). “Depositary agency” includes any federal agency of a foreign (other nation) bank.
