§ 28.15. Halibut, California.
(a) Limit: Five in waters south of a line extending due west magnetic from Point Sur, Monterey County, and two in waters north of a line extending due west magnetic from Point Sur, Monterey County.
(b) Minimum size: Twenty-two inches total length.
