§ 3013.1. License Renewal Procedure.
Currentness
Statutory changes to Business and Professions Code section 10170.5 regarding continuing education requirements shall apply to:
(a) Licensees whose licenses expire on or after the effective date of the statutory change; and
(b) Licensees who submit an application to renew their license during the two-year grace period set forth in Business and Professions Code section 10201 and after the effective date of the statutory change.
