On October 21, 2014 the State Water Resources Control Board adopted the DWSRF Policy Handbook. Pursuant to section 116760 of the Health and Safety Code, added by Stats. 2014, Ch. 35 (SB 861), effective June 20, 2014, Drinking Water State Revolving Fund regulations are repealed upon the adoption of the DWSRF Handbook.
