§ 1462.16. Size Variation.
Currentness
Plums and fresh prunes shall not vary in size between the fruits, in any one container, more than ¼ inch in diameter if measured through the widest portion of cross section of the fruit, provided a ⅜ -inch variation shall be allowed for volume-filled containers of plums measuring 2 ¼ inches or larger in diameter.
