§ 1446.13. Nectarines, Schedule of Permit Fees.
Currentness
The board of supervisors of the county from which the nectarines are to be transported pursuant to the provisions of this article shall establish a schedule of fees, which shall be based upon the cost to the county in carrying out the provisions of this article, to be paid by any person who requests a permit under this article. Such fees shall be deposited in a county fund and be used for carrying out the provisions of this Article.
