§ 1430.45. Oranges and Royal Mandarins, Count and Average Diameter.
The count and minimum average diameter of fruit which are marked on containers 58, 65, 66, 67, and 68 as required by Section 1430.13 shall be one of the counts and corresponding minimum measurements established in the chart below for the respective commodities and containers.
The average diameter shall be determined by inspection of a representative sample.
