§ 32120. Filing Contracts with Board.
Each employer entering into a written agreement or memorandum of understanding with an exclusive representative pursuant to the PEDD, PECC, Trial Court Act, Court Interpreter Act, TEERA, MMBA, EERA, Ralph C. Dills Act, JCEERA or HEERA, if requested by the Board, shall file one copy of the agreement and any amendments thereto with the Board within 15 days of the request.
