§ 3949.10. Groundwater Regulatory Framework Towards Closure of the Royal Mountain King Mine Site.
Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board Resolution R5-2014-0047, adopted on 28 March 2014, amends the Water Quality Control Plan for the Sacramento River and San Joaquin River Basins to require implementation of a groundwater management strategy, to de-designate the MUN and AGR groundwater beneficial uses in certain areas of the Royal Mountain King Mine Site, and to establish groundwater variances for the IND and PRO groundwater beneficial uses for certain constituents in those same areas.
HISTORY
1. New section summarizing amendments to basin plan filed 5-19-2015; amendments approved by State Water Resources Control Board Resolution No. R5-2014-0047 on 3-28-2014; amendments approved by OAL pursuant to Government Code section 11353(b)(5) on 5-19-2015 (Register 2015, No. 21).
