§ 1416.2. Brussels Sprouts, Tolerances.
Currentness
Not more than 10 percent, by weight, of the sprouts in any one container or bulk lot shall be below these requirements. Not more than one-half of these tolerances shall be allowed for any one cause, with the exception of serious damage which is due to insects, for which not more than 10 percent tolerance shall be allowed.
