§ 1408.1. Avocados, Identification of Avocados in Noncomplying Lots.
Currentness
When any lot of avocados has been determined to be in noncompliance with the maturity or other quality standards as established by this article, and is to be disposed of as authorized by this group, the avocados in the lot shall be cut or otherwise permanently identified prior to disposal.
