§ 1400.28. Apples, Uniform in Size Defined.
Currentness
“Uniform in size” means:
(a) Apples in containers containing 125 apples or less do not vary in size more than ⅜ inch at the widest cross section.
(b) Apples in containers containing 138 apples or more do not vary in size more than ¼ inch at the widest cross section.
