§ 30000. General Conditions.
Currentness
(a) If any article, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of these regulations is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, contrary to statute, exceeding the authority of the California Department of the Youth Authority, or otherwise inoperative, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of these regulations.

1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former title 15, division 4, chapters 1-3 (sections 4002-4767), with the exception of sections 4208-4288 and 4259-4496) to new title 9, division 6 (chapters 1-14, sections 30000-31611), adopting chapter 1 (articles 1 and 3, sections 30000-30026) and article 1 (sections 30000-30003) and renumbering title 15, section 4002 to title 9, section 30000 filed 2-13-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 7).
