§ 345.90. Voluntary or Involuntary Cessation of Business.
Whenever a traffic violator school ceases to do business for any period, either voluntary or involuntarily:
(c) The traffic violator school shall provide the department with a telephone number and address of the owner or, if a corporation or partnership, a principal or partner, to enable the department to inquire as to specific records which the ex-licensee shall maintain for three years following cessation of business. The ex-licensee shall notify the department within ten days of any change in either the telephone number or address.
