§ 1391.8. Supervisor-Registered Psychological Associate Relationship.
Currentness
(a) No registered psychological associate may pay a fee, monetary or otherwise, in consideration for the supervision provided. The supervisor or employer shall supply all provisions necessary to function as a registered psychological associate.
(b) The registered psychological associate shall have no proprietary interest in the business of the supervisor or the employer.
(c) The registered psychological associate shall not rent, lease, sublease, or lease-purchase office space from any entity for purposes of functioning as a registered psychological associate.
