§ 3944. Hearing Procedures -- Authority for Delegation.
Currentness
The Board may delegate conduct of the hearing to a committee of at least 2 members of the Board to be appointed for that hearing by the Chair of the Board. The Chair or the Chair's designee shall conduct the hearing; the recommendations of the hearing committee shall be presented to a quorum of the Board at its next business meeting for a decision of the full Board consistent with the procedures set forth in Section 3948 of these regulations.
