§ 3691.5. Hearing Procedures--Scheduling.
Currentness
The Board shall schedule and hold a public hearing on an appeal no later than 45 days from the filing of the complete certified administrative record, or at such time as may be mutually agreed upon by the Board, the Division, the operator and the lead agency. The hearing may be scheduled as part of a regular business meeting of the Board or may be conducted by a committee of the Board.
