§ 51479. Change of Order or Prescription.
Currentness
No provider shall dispense prescription drugs or devices in an amount different from that prescribed without the prescriber's authorization, except for prescriptions refilled in accordance with:
(a) Business and Professions Code Section 4064.
(b) Health and Safety Code Section 11201.
