§ 1261. Samples of Products, Water, etc., May Be Taken for Examinations.
Currentness
Samples of products, water, chemicals, spices, or other articles in any official establishment may be taken, without cost to the Department, for examination as often as may be deemed necessary for the efficient conduct of the inspection.
