§ 2200.7. Annual Fee Schedule for Cannabis Cultivation.
(a) Annual fees for dischargers covered under Statewide General Waste Discharge Requirements for Discharges of Waste Associated with Cannabis Cultivation shall be as follows:
(1) Tier 1 - Dischargers that have a disturbed area greater than 2,000 square feet and less than one acre:

High Risk | $4,800 |
(2) Tier 2 - Dischargers that have a disturbed area equal to or greater than one acre:
Risk Designation | Annual Fee |
Low Risk | $1,000 |
Moderate Risk | $3,000 |
High Risk | $8,000 |
(3) Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements - Dischargers with indoor cultivation sites that meet the requirements for a waiver of waste discharge requirements or conditionally exempt sites shall pay an application fee for initial coverage and renewals of coverage of $600. The fee shall be paid each time an application for coverage is submitted.

HISTORY
1. New section filed 10-19-2011 as an emergency; operative 10-19-2011. Submitted to OAL for printing only pursuant to Water Code section 13260(f), which provides that the regulation shall be deemed an emergency, shall not be subject to OAL review, and shall remain in effect until revised by the State Water Resources Control Board (Register 2011, No. 42).
2. Amendment filed 10-27-2014 as an emergency; operative 10-27-2014. Submitted to OAL for printing only pursuant to Water Code section 13260(f), which provides that a regulation shall be deemed an emergency, shall not be subject to OAL review, and shall remain in effect until revised by the State Water Resources Control Board (Register 2014, No. 44).
3. Renumbering of former section 2200.7 to section 2200.9 and new section 2200.7 filed 10-12-2015 as an emergency; operative 10-12-2015. Submitted to OAL for printing only pursuant to Water Code section 13260(f), which provides that the regulation shall be deemed an emergency, shall not be subject to OAL review, and shall remain in effect until revised by the State Water Resources Control Board (Register 2015, No. 42).
4. Amendment filed 11-14-2016 as an emergency; operative 11-14-2016. Submitted to OAL for filing and printing only pursuant to Water Code section 13260(f), which provides that the regulation shall be deemed an emergency, shall not be subject to OAL review, and shall remain in effect until revised by the State Water Resources Control Board (Register 2016, No. 47).
5. Amendment of section heading and section filed 11-6-2017 as an emergency; operative 11-6-2017. Submitted to OAL for filing and printing only pursuant to Water Code section 13260(f), which provides that the regulation shall be deemed an emergency, shall not be subject to OAL review, and shall remain in effect until revised by the State Water Resources Control Board (Register 2017, No. 45).
6. Repealer of subsections (a)-(a)(2), subsection relettering and amendment of newly designated subsection (a)(3) filed 10-23-2019 as an emergency; operative 10-23-2019. Submitted to OAL for filing and printing only pursuant to Water Code section 13260(f), which provides that the regulation shall be deemed an emergency, shall not be subject to OAL review, and shall remain in effect until revised by the State Water Resources Control Board (Register 2019, No. 43).
