§ 2300. The Marine Environmental Protection Division.
There is in the Staff of the California State Lands Commission the Marine Environmental Protection Division, which has the primary responsibility for carrying out the provisions of the Lempert-Keene-Seastrand Oil Spill Prevention and Response Act of 1990 within the Commission's jurisdiction.
