§ 909. Definition and Required Features.
Label definitions and label features shall comply with 9 CFR section 317.2 (2006) and with Directive 7220.1, Food Labeling Division Policy Memoranda, (August 2, 2005), published by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food Safety and Inspection Service. Copies of USDA directives may be found at http://www.fsis.usda.gov.
