§ 190.21. Notification to the Department.
Currentness
A person whose name appears as the owner of a vessel on a Certificate of Number shall, within 15 days, notify the Department of:
(a) Any change in his address.
(b) The loss or destruction of a valid Certificate of Number.
(c) The destruction or abandonment of the vessel.
