Within 60 days of a written request by the department, a food service facility shall submit the following food service packaging item purchasing records to the department: invoices or purchase orders that include the dates the food service packaging items were purchased, the food service packaging materials, the types of food service packaging purchased, the manufacturers of the food service packaging items, and the number of food service packaging items purchased.
