§ 342.4. Jurisdictional Modification.
A jurisdictional modification involves the addition, deletion, or relocation of a basin or subbasin boundary that is not a scientific modification but promotes sustainable groundwater management and is one of the following:
(a) Internal boundary modification.
(b) Basin consolidation, including county basin consolidation.
(c) Basin subdivision.

HISTORY
1. New section filed 11-6-2015 as an emergency and exempt from review by the Office of Administrative Law pursuant to subdivision (b) of Water Code section 10722.2; operative 11-16-2015 and, pursuant to subdivision (b) of Water Code section 10722.2, shall remain in effect until revised by the Department of Water Resources (Register 2015, No. 45).
