§ 125.19. Re-Impose Ignition Interlock Restriction Term.
Pursuant to Vehicle Code sections 13353.3(b)(2)(E)(iv) and 23575(f)(2), any participant that has attempted to remove, bypass, or tamper with the ignition interlock device, has removed the device prior to the termination date of the restriction, or has failed to comply with any requirement for the maintenance or calibration of the ignition interlock device shall have the restriction terminated. The restriction may be re-imposed by the department upon receipt of a DL 920 form for the remainder of the original term of the restriction.
