§ 820.5. Approval for Testing and Diagnosis.
Currentness
(a) Trichomonosis test samples must be collected by trichomonosis approved veterinarians.
(b) Any testing, reading or diagnosing of trichomonosis samples must be performed in a trichomonosis approved laboratory under the direction of a person approved by the Department to perform such activities.
(c) The Department shall maintain a list of trichomonosis approved veterinarians and trichomonosis approved laboratories.
