§ 1666.10. Concept Proposal Evaluation.
Currentness
The evaluation criteria pursuant to § 1666.11 shall be used to determine if the Concept Proposal is complete and the proposed Project is eligible to be considered for funding through the SRAFPF Grant Program. The criteria require only a yes or no answer. Proposals that score a “no” on one or more of the criteria shall be considered ineligible for funding through the SRAFPF Grant Program. Projects meeting the criteria shall be invited to submit a complete Application to be considered for Project funding.
