§ 18115. Plan for Payment of Delinquent Fees. The contractor shall accept a reasonable plan from the parent(s) for payment of delinquent fees. The contractor shall continue to provide services to the child, provided the parent(s) pays current fees when due and complies with the provisions of the repayment plan.
