§ 1859.102. Maintenance Plan.
A district shall certify on the Form SAB 50-04, the Form SAB 50-07 or the Form SAB 50-08, that it has developed and implemented an ongoing and major maintenance plan in accordance with Education Code Section 17070.75 and 17070.77. In each fiscal year following the fiscal year in which the district received funds as a result of an application funded on or after January 1, 2002, the district shall certify that the plan has been reviewed and updated as required in Education Code Section 17070.77.
