§ 1103. Conversion of Timberland.
Currentness
Any Person, firm, corporation, company, partnership or government agency owning Timberland for which the Timberland owner proposes conversion as defined in § 1102 shall apply to the Director on a form prescribed by him for issuance of a Timberland Conversion Permit.
