§ 1094.19. Nonconformance of WFMP.
Currentness
If the Director determines that a Plan is not in conformance with the Board Rules, the Plan shall be returned in accordance with 14 CCR § 1054. In addition, the Director shall state any changes and reasonable conditions that in the Director's professional judgment are needed to bring the Plan into conformance with the applicable Board Rules and offer to confer with the RPF in order to reach agreement on the conditions necessary to bring the Plan into conformance.
