§ 1091.9. SYP Effective Period.
Currentness
The effective period of SYP shall be pursuant to PRC § 4551.3(a). Renewal of a previously approved SYP may be granted pursuant to PRC § 4551.3(a) following agency and public review and upon approval of the Director pursuant to 14 CCR § 1091.15.
