§ 1023. Issuance of License.
Currentness
Upon the Director's determination that an application is complete and accepted for filing, consistent with 14 CCR § 1024.3, and following receipt of payment of the prescribed License fee, the Director shall issue the license requested on the application per 14 CCR § 1025(a).
