§ 1185.9. Reinstatement of Costs.
Currentness
If the Commission determines that a reimbursement claim was incorrectly reduced, the Commission shall issue the decision to the Office of State Controller and request that the Office of State Controller reinstate the costs that were incorrectly reduced.
