§ 11521. Placement on Pupil Transcript.
Currentness
A school district shall, for each pupil who demonstrates proficiency as provided in Education Code section 48410(e), indicate the pupil's accomplishment and the date of the proficiency certificate award on the pupil's official transcript.

1. Amendment filed 7-18-78; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 78, No. 29).
2. Amendment of section and new Note filed 5-31-2016 as a deemed emergency pursuant to Education Code section 48412(d)(2); operative 5-31-2016 (Register 2016, No. 23). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 11-28-2016 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Certificate of Compliance as to 5-31-2016 order transmitted to OAL 10-4-2016 and filed 11-15-2016 (Register 2016, No. 47).
