§ 11517.6. Operation.
Currentness
Subchapter 7.6, “English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC),” applies to the initial and summative assessments required by Education Code sections 313 and 60810, which are referred to as the ELPAC.

1. New subchapter 7.6 (articles 1-6, sections 11517.6-11519.5), article 1 (sections 11517.6-11518) and section filed 6-5-2017; operative 10-1-2017 (Register 2017, No. 23).
2. Amendment filed 8-3-2018 as an emergency; operative 8-3-2018 (Register 2018, No. 31). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 1-30-2019 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
