§ 1182.7. Request for Supplemental Information.
Currentness
(a) The executive director may request supplemental information from the applicant to assist the Commission in its review and analysis of the application. The applicant shall provide the supplemental information under the timeline established by the executive director.
(b) The supplemental information and any attached financial or other budgetary documents shall be certified, filed, and served in accordance with section 1181.3 of these regulations. If representations of fact are made, they shall be supported by documentary or testimonial evidence, submitted in accordance with section 1187.5 of these regulations.
