5 CCR § 4694
§ 4694. Appeal to Superintendent.
(a) A complainant who is not satisfied with the resolution proffered by the preschool program administrator or the designee of the district or county superintendent or charter school administrator or similarly authorized charter school individual has the right to file an appeal to the State Superintendent within 30 days of the date of the written report.
(b) Complainant shall comply with the appeal requirements of section 4632.
(c) The State Superintendent or the State Superintendent's designee shall comply with the requirements of section 4633.
(d) Failure to file a local appeal pursuant to section 4693 does not preclude the filing of a state appeal pursuant to this section.
