§ 632.6. Notice of Insufficiency.
Currentness
The Board may give written notice of the insufficiency of a claim within the time and in the manner prescribed by Government Code Section 910.8. The written notice of insufficiency shall state with particularity the defects or omissions therein and shall be given in the manner prescribed by Government Code Section 915.4.
