§ 2631. Immediate Reporting of a Release or a Threatened Release.
(d) Immediate reporting pursuant to subsection (a) of this section shall be made to the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services, at telephone number (916) 845-8911 or (800) 852-7550, and to the local administering agency. The administering agency may designate a call to the 911 emergency number as meeting the requirement to call the administering agency.
