§ 4002. Miscellaneous Report Fees.
Currentness
As authorized pursuant to section 28230 and subdivision (b) of section 28240 of the Penal Code, the Bureau of Firearms processing fee is $19 for each of the following reports:
(a) Firearm Ownership Report, form BOF 4542A (Rev. 01/2020), which is hereby incorporated by reference.
(b) Report of Operation of Law or Intra-Familial Firearm Transaction, form BOF 4544A (Rev. 01/2020), which is hereby incorporated by reference.
(c) New Resident Report of Firearm Ownership, form BOF 4010A (Rev. 01/2020), which is hereby incorporated by reference.
(d) Curio or Relic Firearm Report, form BOF 4100A (Rev. 01/2020), which is hereby incorporated by reference.
(e) Collector In-State Acquisition of Curio or Relic Long Gun Report, form BOF 961 (Rev. 01/2020), which is hereby incorporated by reference.

History
1. New section filed 11-1-2004 as an emergency; operative 11-1-2004 (Register 2004, No. 45). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 3-1-2005 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. Certificate of Compliance as to 11-1-2004 order transmitted to OAL 3-1-2005 and filed 4-11-2005 (Register 2005, No. 15).
3. Change without regulatory effect amending first paragraph and Note filed 12-27-2011 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2011, No. 52).

6. Amendment of subsections (a)-(e) filed 6-27-2019 as an emergency; operative 7-1-2019 (Register 2019, No. 26). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-30-2019 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
7. Change without regulatory effect amending section filed 12-17-2019 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2019, No. 51).
8. Amendment of subsections (a)-(e) refiled 12-19-2019 as an emergency; operative 12-31-2019 (Register 2019, No. 51). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 3-30-2020 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
9. Editorial correction implementing 12-17-2019 nonsubstantive amendments (Register 2020, No. 13).
10. Amendment of subsections (a)-(e) refiled 3-25-2020 as an emergency; operative 3-31-2020 (Register 2020, No. 13). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 6-29-2020 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
