§ 4934. Planting Location Requirements.
Currentness
(a) Except when grown by a registered established agricultural research institution or a registered hemp breeder, the industrial hemp shall be grown in acreages of not less than one-tenth of an acre.
(b) All plantings shall have signage stating “industrial hemp”. The signs shall be posted so that they are visible at all usual points of entry to the site, including each road, footpath, walkway, or aisle.
(c) The cultivation site(s) to be registered for industrial hemp cultivation is not on premises licensed by the Department of Cannabis Control to cultivate or process cannabis.
